Eden Salon & Spa provides hair, nail, face, body, and spa treatments as listed on our website or in-salon.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Prices for services and products are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and may change without notice.
Payments must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, cards, and other approved payment methods.
Promotional discounts cannot be combined with loyalty rewards or other offers unless specified.
Clients earn 1 point for every 10 KWD spent at Eden Salon & Spa.
Points can be redeemed for services (10, 15, or 20 points = 10, 15, or 20 KWD worth of services).
Points cannot be earned or redeemed during seasonal discounts or special promotions.
Eden reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.
Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are valid for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase.
They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Eden Salon & Spa uses high-quality professional products. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions, side effects, or adverse outcomes unless caused by negligence.
Please inform your stylist or therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your treatment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
